Our Mission
To guide every patient through surgery with proactive, personalized support - improving outcomes, reducing anxiety, and freeing clinicians to focus on what truly matters.
Our Vision
A world where every surgical journey is supported, every patient feels confident, and every care team can focus on what matters most.
Our Values
Trust and Transparency: Patients and clinicians deserve clarity and confidence in every interaction.
Collaboration: We work alongside care teams to extend their reach.
Knowledge Sharing: Turning expertise into accessible, everyday guidance.
Innovation: Using AI as a tool to deliver better care, not buzzwords.
Our Story
Fios - "knowledge" in Gaelic - was founded on the belief that clinical expertise should be available to patients every day, not just during appointments. By combining world-class orthopedic innovation with advanced AI, we make it possible for care teams to guide patients continuously, at scale.
Backed by the University of Auckland's cutting-edge research - from biomechanics motion capture to AI & Wearables Lab - Fios Health is reshaping the surgical experience.
Our ambition is simple: to transform musculoskeletal care for the 1.7 billion people worldwide who need it, by giving patients confidence and surgeons and their care teams clarity for every surgical journey.
